I have decided to look at the shadows that are cause by the clocks I have been using a source material for this project.

I really like the intricate nature of the shadows. I think the way the parts of the clock have been broken down into basic shapes is really interesting and that it almost becomes difficult to figure out what you are looking at. I also like the colours that the shadows appear in these photos. They seem to be more blue then grey. I am going to project cutouts of these photos and of the clocks themselves onto a wall and do a series of large scale paintings to try and make these images even more abstract.
